Quotes
Quotes provided will be honored for 2 weeks from the date of creation. After this time frame, a new quote will be provided upon request.
Deposits & Waiting List
Custom Website / Blog designs:
An initial, non-refundable 25% deposit is required to hold the client’s place should a waiting list be in effect for custom website designs. Another 25% is due before the project is set to begin. All waiting list designs are started by the 10th of the month unless another date has been discussed between One in a Mill Media and the client. Remaining balance is due before installation will occur.
All other services:
All other products must be paid for in full before project is placed in my schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the starting date can reschedule their project at the end of my existing waiting list. Cancellations made within 30 days or less or after the starting date will lose their deposit in full and can reschedule with another deposit. No exceptions.
Payment
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and e-check payments through Paypal. A Paypal account is not required to checkout. Should you have an issue with Paypal, please contact me before placing an order to make other payment arrangements.
Authorization
All clients agree to provide One in a Mill Media access to any hosting, domain account, or blog account for the sole purpose of installing and updating the web product as needed.
Hourly Rate/Revisions
The client is allowed two (2) major rounds of revisions for their web design. If you the client should exceed this amount, a fee of $90 an hour will occur.
Development & Completion
One in a Mill Media works hard to complete all projects in a timely manner and will provide the client with an estimated time of delivery for the project (usually 30-40 days from start to finish for a custom website and 1-2 weeks for a custom blog). One in a Mill Media will communicate with the client during the entire development of the project and provide them with status updates and answers to any questions that may arise. Should the client fail to provide the necessary pieces of information within 15 days of the date requested, all monies are forfeited to One in a Mill Media and the project will be cancelled without notice.
Payment of Fees and Expenses
Custom Website designs:
The remaining balance is due before the installation of the design. Upon receipt of final payment, the website design will be published to the client’s hosting service.
Custom Blog designs:
Payment is due in full before project begins.
Hosting
The client understands that hosting services are not included with the web design project. The client also understands that they must choose one of my approved hosting providers in order to have their design installed.
Copyright and Use of Products
One in a Mill Media retains all copyright privileges on all designs. You, the client, own the copyright to your web site content. Designs made using an outside source for images are subject to copyright laws by that particular artist and they retain all copyright to the images. One in a Mill Media copyright notice and link MUST remain at the bottom of your web site design. One in a Mill Media reserves the right to display or not to display a thumbnail of your completed web site in our portfolio. All graphics and design work should not be used for any other purpose than what was originally agreed upon. If you are wanting to use any graphics from your design for any other purpose please contact me first.
Support
Lifetime email support is included with each design. However, this doesn’t include graphical changes or website maintenance and are billed at $90 an hour with a half hour minimum.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason.
Communication
Email communication is the most vital part of getting your website completed in a timely manner. Should One in a Mill Media not be able to contact the client by phone or email within 15 consecutive days, all monies are forfeited to One in a Mill Media and the project will be cancelled without notification.
